About Elizabeth Whitmore

Elizabeth Whitmore has always been captivated by New Orleans's charm, mystery, and rich history. Over the decades, she has visited the Crescent City multiple times a year with her husband. She fell in love with its vibrant culture, hauntingly beautiful architecture, and the way its stories seemed to linger in the air like a melody.

Born in south Louisiana, she moved to Texas with her husband in the late 80s.  When her husband retired, they decided to make New Orleans their permanent home, settling into a historic condo in the city's heart. Her fascination with New Orleans’ unique blend of tradition, folklore, and supernatural intrigue inspired the Echoes of the Crescent City series, weaving tales of romance, power, and mystery that bring the city’s enchanting spirit to life.

Elizabeth holds a degree in advertising with a minor in English and has spent much of her life immersed in the art of storytelling. After years of writing for others, she is now publishing her works, blending her passion for history and the paranormal with her love for timeless stories of love and resilience.

When she isn’t writing, Elizabeth can be found exploring New Orleans’ historic streets, savoring its renowned cuisine, or enjoying quiet evenings on her balcony overlooking the city she loves. Follow Elizabeth Whitmore on a journey through the shadows and secrets of New Orleans, where magic and romance collide to create unforgettable tales.
